Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period

Domestic Return Policy

You can return an item within 7 days of receipt

Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Items

  1. Email contact@woodyoubuy.com with your order number
  2. Woodyoubuy must be contacted immediately or within 7 days of receipt if products are damaged, wrong or faulty. After 7 days, we are unable to process this as a damaged item, and the buyer will be liable to any loss in value and return shipping if the item is returned.
  3. We will require photo proof of the product.
  4. We do not accept returns after 7 days of receipt of delivery. 
  5. We will be issuing a pre-paid return shipping label.
  6. All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved and must be in original condition (except for the damaged portion that has been reported with photos) and original packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.
  7. Once your return is received and approved, store credit or refund will be processed (whichever is preferred). Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. Your credit card, PayPal account, or store credit. 

Change of Mind/ Other Reasons

  2. We do not accept returns after 7 days of receipt of the item. 
  3. All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition (re-saleable condition) and original packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.
  4. We will be emailing you the return ship-to address.
  5. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. When using the carrier of your choice we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. 
  6. Once the return is received and approved, you will be given a store credit to the same value of the item and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Woodyoubuy gift cards, personalised products, made-to-order items, and customised orders.

  5. Item will be assessed once photo proof of the product with the issue has been submitted. 
  6. Once approved, the store may/may not request for the item to be returned (due to shipping costs) and may just offer a refund or store credit whichever is preferred by the buyer.
