Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Return / Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days (upon receipt of your order). If 30 days have gone by upon receipt of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Kindly take note that we do not offer returns or refunds on Custom Made or Personalised items.

If in the event you are not happy with your product or the product is damaged or broken on arrival please email us at contact@woodyoubuy.com with a photo of the item to arrange to return the item to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you still have the original packaging, please use it for the return.

After inspection, we will contact you regarding a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged Items

Please make sure that in order for the item to be investigated properly, the article and any packaging (carton box, bubble wrap, padding etc) must be kept in it's original condition. Kindly take photos of the damaged product/s and packaging (for the courier to asses that the damage was caused in transit and not because of improper packaging). Please do not throw the packaging while investigation is still taking place.
